About the event
1. Contestant ribs will be distributed by 5:00 AM on July 6th.
2. Ribs can be prepared in any style the contestant prefers.
3. Contestants have the option to sell side dishes.
4. Judges will be served ribs at 12:30 PM.
5. Contestants are welcome to set up vendor booths and sell merchandise. Booth locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in the morning.
6. Ribs will be available to the public at 1:00 PM.
